Marc K. Schlussel is one of the founding members of Key Properties LLC. Mr. Schlussel has experience in acquisition, development, construction, financing, leasing and management of office, industrial, residential and retail properties.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Chair of the Teaneck Economic Development Corporation. He is a Member of the Cornell University Real Estate Council. Mr. Schlussel has also lectured on real estate development at New York University. Marc served on the Board of Directors of both North Bridge Park Coop and Tributary Gardens Condominium Association.

EDUCATION
BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and an MBA from Cornell University.

VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES
Chair of the Cornell University Hillel Board of Trustees. Marc served on the Board of Trustees of Congregation Netivot Shalom, Teaneck Jewish Center, Board of Directors of the Union for Traditional Judaism and UJA Federation of Northern New Jersey and served as Co-Chair of the Legal, Financial and Real Estate Division.
