COMPANY EXPERIENCE
David G. Schlussel is one of the founding members of Key Properties LLC. Mr. Schlussel has experience in acquisition, development, construction, financing, leasing and management of office, industrial, residential and retail properties.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
David served on the Board of Directors of Tributary Gardens. He served on the Maywood CCG working with the US Department of Energy, the US Army Corps of Engineers, and the NJ Department of Environmental Protection. He has also lectured on real estate development at New York University.

EDUCATION
David was graduated from Yale University and holds a BS in Applied Mathematics and an MS in Judaic Studies from the Jewish Theological Seminary.

VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES
David is the Chairmen Emeritus of NORPAC, is on the Executive Committee of AIPAC, and serves as the AIPAC Political Outreach Chairman for Northeast Region. David meets regularly with United States Congressmen and Senators because of his responsibilities with NORPAC and AIPAC. David is Class of 1980 Delegate to the Association of Yale Alumni. He is also on the on the Board of Education of Yavneh Academy.
