COMPANY EXPERIENCE
Abe Schlussel is one of the founding members of Key Properties. Mr. Schlussel has experience in acquisition, development, construction, financing, leasing and management of office, industrial, residential and retail properties. Mr. Schlussel has extensive construction experience including building data centers, hotels, warehouses and office buildings. Abe serves on the Board of Directors of the Atrium Palace.EDUCATION
Abe was graduated from New York University and holds a BS in Electrical Engineering. He is a Senior member of the A.I.E.E.VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES
He is on the Executive Board of the JCC on the Palisades and served as Treasurer, the Board of Trustees of the Teaneck Jewish Center and served as President, Chairmen of the Board of Directors of Young Israel of Fort Lee.
